An AI chief of staff for a company that runs on email, calls and WhatsApp.
Jarvis turns every message a business sends and receives into one live picture — then tells the admin what to do today, predicts what is about to slip, and walks them through the fix. Our most ambitious build so far, made for HeroX Air Domes.
Watch Jarvis work.
A self-running demo with a fictional company, people and data. Click a suggested question at any time to take over.
Every channel. One brain.
Each source streams in live. Jarvis reads it against the company's history and turns it into work: a ranked queue, predictions, drafts and a timeline that updates itself.
Six moments in an admin's morning.
From the first coffee to a resolved crisis — what Jarvis does, in order.
It sees the slip before anyone else does.
A supplier goes quiet. A crane booking depends on their date. Last time this happened, an install slipped 11 days. No single person holds all three facts — Jarvis does.
Install will slip ~9 days unless the cooling unit ship date is locked by Friday.
- Gmail · sam@Supplier hasn't answered 3 emails in 6 days
- Quo SMS · 14 OctCrane booking is tied to that date
- KB lessonLast silence this long → 11-day slip
- Call the supplier's ops lead today: ship date, partial option, penalty terms.
- Confirm in writing from Sam's mailbox and track the reply.
- No date by Friday? Move the crane now — $1.8k instead of $6k later.
The predicted slip appears on the timeline the moment Jarvis spots it — and disappears once the fix is confirmed.
How a message becomes work.
Five rules run on every email, across every mailbox. Nobody has to remember to follow up again.
Built on real intelligence, not a blank database.
Jarvis starts life already knowing the company: it is seeded with the source-linked knowledge base we built for HeroX from a million words of history.
Designed like a command centre.
The conversation comes first
After the first version, Jarvis became the largest panel. The queue, timeline, decisions and live signals moved to a right-hand column; the chat stays put while they scroll.
Readable under pressure
Dark ops-console language, condensed headings and mono data tags. Priority colours differ in lightness as well as hue, so they stay clear for colour-blind users.
Honest by design
Anything not connected yet says so. Unknown values show as placeholders, never invented numbers. Every answer is built to cite where it came from.
What's being built next.
The interface is done. Phase two wires it to live data, reusing the proven extraction pattern from the knowledge-base pipeline.
